For customers: the service fee

Whew’s service fee is 5% of the provider’s price, and never more than $15 on a booking. It is already inside the first price you see. GST is shown separately before you pay.

For providers: the success fee

Whew charges providers a success fee on completed work — never to see or quote on a job. It is 12% of the provider’s price, deducted from their payout when the job is complete.

Founding rate

9% on your first 25 completed jobs, while Whew offers it, then 12%

A completed job is a visit the provider marks complete that the customer is charged for. A job with two visits counts twice. The founding rate is applied when the customer is charged, while Whew offers it. A visit refunded later still counts.

What is never charged

Seeing a job, being invited to one and sending a quote are free. There is no subscription to quote and no charge for a job you don’t win.

Any applicable GST is shown separately, on top of the all-in price, before the customer pays.
