Depending on their work, business structure and jurisdiction, we may ask providers for applicable trade certification, WCB evidence or a documented coverage position, an insurance certificate, and municipal licence or permit evidence. This notice will state exactly how long each is kept, who can open it, how to have it deleted, and what happens to it if Whew never launches. Counsel has not approved that wording yet.
Already true, whatever the wording says
- Every document is stored as a reference and a hash, never as a copy in circulation.
- A retention period and a reason for keeping it are required on every document — there is no way to store one without both.
- Every time a document is opened, who opened it and why is recorded.
This page replaces itself the moment an approved version exists — same address, new version. Nothing above is a promise until it does.
